Presentation

In 1975, Santocha Surf Club was born at Capbreton, Landes. Since 2006, Vinzsurfschool and Santocha Surf Club are official partners.

Club’s spirit is sharing good times together, organising events like competitions, barbecues…to promote the association’s life. Santocha Surf Club has always been a place where influencial people of the french surfing scene join together to transmit club’s spirit and values: Vincent Verdier, Jean-louis Poupinel, Toulan, Jean Sarthou, Pierre Agnès, Paul Merceron, and others… knew and know how to get the Santocha Surf Club famous, and always with a rock’n roll sound in the background!

You will learn and will perfect your surfing in the very good spot of Santocha beach (also known as “ plage de la Savane”), famous spot of Landes‘s coastline, where lot’s of surfers began surfing, because of very soft waves in summer.
School engagements are quality services and security at first!

In our courses, you will find technical advices to better your surfing, meteorological explanations, basic understanding of rules in the water, explanations about waves (from the beginning till the end)…: everything which is going to give your surfing a strong base and a flying start.

Our knowledge in surfing will permit us to give you answers, about boards’ shape, boards’evolution, about surfing’s history (from hawaiian kings to nowadays), about boards’choice with your level,weight, and kind of surfing you want to practice.

Together, we will build you the best package for your individual surfing needs.
